Vegetarian Mango Lime Broccoli Slaw

Quick, easy and so refreshing! You can purchase the broccoli slaw bagged at the grocery store, or make your own. I prefer the bagged. Mango chunks already pre cut are super easy too, or you can chop from whole.

 

 Vegetarian Mango Lime Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

1 bag of broccoli slaw (8 ounce)

One large or two small containers of mango chunks (or you can dice from 2-3 whole mangoes)

The juice of one lime

1 cup chopped cilantro and extra for garnish

1 Tbsp. Agave syrup

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve well-chilled.

Enjoy!
