Spring rolls in bringing with it a new leash on life. The sun is warmer and the days are longer. It prompts you to feel refreshed and renewed – you might start a new exercise program, change your diet – even get back on that treadmill. It’s the season to refresh and renew. It’s easy to refresh the inside of your home – so while you are buying your summer annuals and outdoor plants, don’t forget to changes things up a bit on the inside too.Nothing brightens a home more than having fresh flowers on hand.
I found this cute way of arranging flowers on Pinterest.
You can easily add flowers to your front door too.
Just hang a basket (mine is tin) with a command hook and put a small container of water inside and added fresh flowers.
You can also hang them from the doorknob when you are having guests over.
Don’t forget to re-arrange your pillows. Move them around in your home and instantly refresh each room.
Put jars of flowers on the inside of your staircase so you see them both coming up and going downstairs.
Pull up your shades and blinds and open up your curtains. A light, bright room will instantly feel fresher, newer, and it’s a scientific fact that light brightens up your mood.
